The property survey reports on the condition of the chimney stack, external condition of the roof, drainage, guttering, walls, windows and doors. Internally, the report comments on the internal roof structure, ceilings, walls, floors, stairs, doors and skirting. The outside grounds are also covered including any garages and outbuildings.
